The Login Page
To begin using the application, select from the following options on the main login page.
  • Sign Up — If you are a new user, use this option to create a profile so that you may access the application.
  • Log In — If you are a returning user, use this option to access the application.
  • Forgot Password — If you are a returning user, but do not remember your password, use this option to reset your password.

Why must I sign up and create a profile?
You are required to sign up and create a profile so that your scores can be saved and connected to you.

How do I create a profile?
You may create your own profile. To create a profile, see Sign Up and Create a Profile.

What is a key word and how do I get one?
A key word is like a password. It is unique to your program and is used as an extra security step to create a profile. The key word is supplied by your school administration. The Pearson support team is not able to tell you the key word.

Who can sign up?
Anyone who has an email address and knows the key word can sign up and create a profile.

Reset Your Password
If you have created a profile, but forgotten your password, you must reset your password.

To reset your password, follow these steps.
  1. Click the Forgot Password button.
  2. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
The system will send an email to the email address you provided in your profile. You must access to your email account to view this email and complete the reset.

What if I forget my email address?
If you forgot your email address you will not be able to log in. Pearson support is not able to tell you your email address. All profile and login information is secure and they do not have access to it. If you forgot your email address, talk to your school administration.

What if I no longer have access to my old email account?
The system will send an email to the email address you provided on your profile screen. You will need access to your email account to view this email. If you cannot access this email account, you will not be able to retrieve your new password.

Sign Up and Create a Profile
To sign up and create a profile, follow these steps.
  1. When you click Sign Up, you are immediately asked for a key word. A key word is like a password. It is unique to your program and is used as an extra security step to create a profile. The key word is supplied by your school administration. Enter the key word and click Go!.
  2. Enter the required information and click Submit.

Change Your Password
To change your password, follow these steps.
  1. Click the gear icon at the upper right to reveal the user menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password and new password and click Submit.

Edit Your Profile
To edit your profile, follow these steps.
  1. Click the gear icon at the upper right to reveal the user menu.
  2. Select Update Profile.
  3. Make your desired changes and click Submit.

Logging in and out
Each time you log in, the system tracks your progress and remembers your scores. This information is stored in the system and retrieved the next time you log in.

How do I log out?
To log out, follow these steps.
  1. Click the gear icon at the upper right to reveal the user menu.
  2. Select Sign Out.

Why is it important to log out?
For security reasons, you should log out when you are done with AZELLA Training. When you log out, no further information is stored in your profile. When you log out, people using the computer after you cannot access your profile and cannot affect your Practice Scoring progress or scores.
